Game developer Rusty Lake is celebrating its 5th anniversary. The company wants to celebrate this date in the best way possible by launching a free remake of its puzzler, Samsara Room. The game is a cult-classic precursor to the Rusty Lake and Cube Escape Games. The game has a basic concept, you’ll need to escape a strange room by solving puzzles to gradually become enlightened.
During the game, you’ll be investigating the weird surroundings and interacting with several objects. You need to be aware of every small detail. After all, everything in the room can play a major role in your escape. These objects include a telephone, a mirror, a grandfather clock, and more.
According to the developer, the remake has been “completely re-assembled”. So players and fans can expect all-new puzzles, new story elements, and revamped visuals. The game also comes with a unique soundtrack composed by Victor Butzelaar. If you had the opportunity to play the original game but want to have a good nostalgic feeling during these lockdown days you can give a try. However, new players will be able to experience it thanks to an expanded availability.
