Hardcore Mecha gets a limited physical release for Nintendo Switch

Developed by RocketPunch Games, Hardcore Mecha is one of the popular games from the publisher that was launched last year. This 2D side-scrolling game arrived on numerous platforms such as Windows, PlayStation 4, Linux, and Mac OS. Well, the game has now arrived on our favorite Nintendo Switch consoles. To make this happen, the developer Rocket Punch has teamed up with Red Art Games. This collaboration is for the limited physical release of the game.

Hardcore Mecha: where and when can you get it?

The digital version of Hardcore Mecha will be up for grabs on Switch eShop later this week. The physical edition, on the other hand, will launch in Q1 2021. For the same, the pre-orders will kickstart on Red Art Games’ website on October 15 at 4 pm BST /5 pm CEST.  Coming to the pricing, the game will set you back around  €39,99 (i.e.$46.98).

It is worth noting that only 2800 physical copies will be available for purchase meaning not everyone will get their hands on it. You might want to pre-book the disc the moment it opens up. For those who’re unaware, Hardcore Mecha is a 2D platformer action game that brings classic robot designs. The game focuses a lot on detail which in turn delivers an impressive gaming experience.

The game comes with a campaign mode that offers an immersive and exciting story. Apart from this, you also get a Survival Simulation and Multiplayer mode. This means that you always have something look forward to even if you have successfully completed the story. Furthermore, there are around 42 mechas that you can drive, each of them can be upgraded for your battle.

While the availability of the game is still a couple of days ago, you can enjoy the trailer down below.
