Super Smash Bros. Ultimate x Monster Hunter Rise: three new spirits making its way!

If you own a Nintendo Switch and haven’t played Super Smash Bros. Ultimate ever, then you, my friend, are majorly missing. This in-house game was launched back in 2018 and brings a crossover fighting game. This means that various characters from other games generally make their way to this title and users can then choose them in the gameplay.  Well, it looks like we’re witnessing a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Monster Hunter Rise Spirits mashup.

Three new monsters from Monster Hunter Rise to make their way to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!

This collaboration or cross-promotion brings a total of three brand new monsters from Monster Hunter Rise Spirits to the popular Super Smash Bros. Ultimate title. The monsters that are making their way are as follows – a Palamute, Palico, and Magnamalo. The event has already kickstarted and will take place over the next five days.

For those who’re unaware, Monster Hunter Rise is a Switch exclusive title that falls under the action RPG niche. The developers of the title has recently announced a major update that will roll out this month. As of now, the game is running on version 1.1.1 which was rolled out earlier this week.

The upcoming major update will bring some new additions to the title. We’re looking at various bug fixes and new monsters such as Kasumi Dragon. We’re expecting more information to surface on the web soon.
