Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster will arrive in November

Square Enix has announced Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster a few months ago. The new “pixel remaster” includes the first six games of the series and tries to create a universal look for all these titles while also adding new gameplay elements and a gorgeous soundtrack. As we’re entering September, the Pixel Remaster collection is reaching its fifth entry with Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster. Square Enix has just confirmed the launch date for November 10th. As usual, the game will be available on Steam.

Just like other games in the remastered Pixel collection, the pixel graphics in Final Fantasy V have been updated. The soundtrack also got a nice rearrangement, overseen by the original composer. The UI has also been touched up to suit mobile and PC play, though players should expect the awful font found in the previous four games. There is also an auto-battle option to help with the grind, plus a bestiary, illustration gallery, and music players. The pricing is yet to be revealed for mobile, however, we can expect the game to cost around $17,99 just like its predecessors.

Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster is yet to appear on Google Play Store

For now, Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster is yet to appear on  Play Store. There is no way to pre-register, so fans will likely need to wait for November 10th to purchase their copy. The biggest controversy is that, a few years ago, Square has launched a mobile version of FFV featuring different graphics. Now, it is launching a pixel remaster and it’s charging again for it.

With the Final Fantasy V coming in November, we expect Final Fantasy IV to reach the platforms in December. It will be a nice gift for the Holiday Season as Final Fantasy VI (or Final Fantasy III in the US) is one of the most popular games in the entire franchise.
