Since the reveal trailer of Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, Nintendo has not updated us with any new information. And thanks to the strict Nintendo policy of protecting its IPs, we haven’t got any actual leaks either. Although, we have some riddles from the famous Pokemon tipster; Riddler Khu. They have leaked a lot about previous Pokemon games, and most of them come as true. For the upcoming titles, Khu has posted some riddles giving us an idea of what to expect from the games.
Khu recently posted a series of numbers (2,3,4,5), hexadecimal values, and HTML codes for specific colors. Upon cracking, we get to know that the colors are blue and brown. This potentially hints at Water/Ground-type Pokemon. While the numbers (2-5) suggest that this is Pokemon from Gen2 to Gen3. In a nutshell, we are getting a regional water/ground type Pokemon from previous generations. We are counting our bets on Swampert and Whiscash.
Legendary Regional Forms
In a series of three posts, Khu posted odd images of legendary Pokemons. This potentially hints at new legendary regional forms. We have previously seen Galarian Zapdos, Galarian Moltres, and Galarian Articuno in Pokemon Sword and Shield. Hence, it’s a high chance that we will see the new legendary regional forms too. Khu’s posts hint at regional forms of Lugia and Gen 3’s Groudon and Kyogre.
Objectmon, and Waifumon
Riddler Khu posted a poll asking what fans wanted to see in June. The options included a new regional form, more info on starters, and a new Objectmon or Waifumon. For those unaware, Objectmon is a Pokemon based on an object rather than an animal, and each region has its own Objectmon like Vanilluxe and Chandelure.
Coming to Waifumon, they are the Pokemons with feminine attributes. Examples of Waifumon are Gardevoir, and Lopunny. Since, the options of Objectmon and Waifumon were given in the poll, we expect them to come in the new games. That being said, the above information is purely based on the posts by Riddler Khu and is not official by any means. Hence, take it with a pinch of salt and stay tuned for official updates.
