The new trailer of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has revealed many things about the upcoming game. Most importantly, the release date is now official. Earlier in February, it was announced to be released in Fall 2022. Now, it has been disclosed that the game will come out on November 18. Not only the release date but also some more essential details about the game are revealed in the new trailer.
New Pokemon
Apart from the legendries that we covered earlier, three more Pokemon were revealed. Starting off with Pawmi, which is an electric mouse Pokemon. With its electric sacs, it resembles Pikachu.
The second one and the most liked out of the new ones is Lechonk, which is a hog Pokemon. This is a normal type Pokemon, and its ability is Aroma Veil / Gluttony. Last but not least is Smoliv which is a grass / normal type. This Pokemon is inspired by Olive, and its ability is Early Bird.
Two New Professors, a new friend, and more
The trailer also featured the two new professors Sada and Turo. The Pokemon Scarlet gets Sada, while Pokemon Violet gets Turo. Each professor has their own unique look. Sada features a cavewoman look which concurs with the fact that Pokemon Scarlet’s storyline will be inspired by ancient times. On the other hand, Turo has a modern dress, which matches the futuristic storyline of Pokemon Violet.
Apart from the new professors, we also get introduced to Nemona, the main character’s friend. She is an experienced Pokémon Trainer and will help you throughout your journey.
