New Uncharted is coming soon

A job listing posted on Sony Interactive Entertainment’s careers website gave more details about Naughty Dog’s future plans. According to the offer, the Uncharted developer works on a “beloved franchise” alongside Visual Arts. It corroborates an earlier report about the possible creation of a game by both companies.

The listing reinforces the joint work between the studios in developing an “exciting” and familiar game for fans. Without giving any clues about the project, the website only reveals that the hired professional is at the level of an intern — in the game design sector — and will start his activities sometime in the first quarter of 2023.

Previously, Visual Arts collaborated with Naughty Dog in creating the entire art scene for The Last of Us Part I. The PlayStation Studios subsidiary provided expertise in animations, 3D models, motion capture, and more. In addition, he served as support in Marvel’s Spider-Man and Uncharted franchises.

More details about Naughty Dog’s upcoming release will be revealed at a later date.

The naughty Dog job listing suggests Factions as a free to play

The “Live Operations Producer” vacancy, recently shared by Naughty Dog, suggests that The Last of Us remake’s Factions mode will be free to play. Although it has already been announced as a standalone multiplayer, the experience remains without great news and has chances to include a battle royale, according to the rumor.
