Nintendo finally apologizes for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are the victims of performance issues. It is a mainstream Pokemon game that was let down by its bugs and glitches. Fans are not even sure whether to blame Nintendo for not launching a powerful console or maybe it’s GameFreak who might have been lazy with the game’s optimization. Well, whatever the real cause is, the only possible solution now is to fix the major bugs and present a polished gameplay experience. And that is what Nintendo is doing with the new version 1.1.0 of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

That’s right; a new patch is coming for the game. Not only it fixes the broken music during the Elite Four and Top Champion battles but also fixes other bugs and glitches. There is no exact release date for the patch, but we are hopeful to get it by mid or late-December.

Will the new patch solve all issues of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

Well, the patch notes have suggested just a few bugs will be solved. There are multiple known issues: broken PvE experience in the endgame, a rigged Battle Stadium, duplication glitches, and more. Hence, Nintendo still needs to do a lot of work before the games are fully polished.

The good news is that Nintendo has officially addressed the performance issues of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Nintendo has apologized to players for the inconvenience caused by the performance issues:

We are aware that players may encounter issues that affect the games’ performance. Our goal is always to give players a positive experience with our games, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We take the feedback from players seriously and are working on improvements to the games.”

That being said, there is still a lot of work required on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Hopefully, Nintendo keeps up the pace and fixes the issues as soon as possible.
