Sony revealed, this Wednesday (26), the PS Plus Essential line-up for August 2023. The titles will be available from the first Tuesday of next month (01), in the afternoon, for subscribers of all service plans.
In August, players will receive three games. The names are as follows:
PS Plus Essential Games For August 2023
- PGA Tour 2K23
- Dreams
- Death’s Door
Finally, it’s worth a reminder: if you haven’t redeemed the July PS Plus games, then hurry up so you don’t miss them. These games — Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Alan Wake Remastered, and Endling: Extinction is Forever — will be available until Monday (31).
PGA Tour 2K23
“Take your talents on the PGA TOUR and become the next FedExCup Champion as you compete against world TOUR pros and forge new rivalries.”
Death’s Door
“Harvesting the souls of the dead and punching the card may be a dull routine, but it’s Raven’s honest work. But that’s about to change when your designated soul is stolen, and you must pursue a desperate thief into a realm untouched by death, where creatures live far beyond their prime and hoard greed and power.”
Dreams
“Enjoy thousands of games created by players around the world. From arcades, RPGs, horror, and comedy, to some genres that, before Dreams, maybe didn’t exist. With new games and experiences being released every day, there’s always something new to explore, discover, and be inspired by.”
Although the PGA Tour 2K23 is a game that will not please those who aren’t into golf, the other games should compensate. Death’s Door is a very interesting indie game, one of the best indie games from the past few years, and certainly worth your time. When it comes to Dreams, it was an amazing concept that gives creators millions of possibilities. Unfortunately, the game will be losing support soon, but still you can have a look and enjoy all the content created in these past years.
