Redmi K-series has always been one of the lineups that mobile gamers have eyes upon. The reason is that the tech giant uses mostly the high-end SoC coupled with more spicy gaming internals. Hence, the Redmi K-series is performance-oriented and we have our eyes on what’s next for the lineup. Previously, Redmi launched the K60 Ultra model, and now they are gearing up to launch the new K70 series. The Redmi K70 Pro has been exposed thanks to the listing on GeekBench. Now we know more details regarding the hardware.

This is not the first time that the Redmi K70 Pro has made the headlines. Previously, a famous leaker Digital Chat Station revealed that the Redmi K70 Pro will feature a flat display with 2K resolution. Now thanks to the eagle eyes of MySmartPrice, we have the GeekBench listing of the device.

Dimensity 9200+ SoC, 16GB RAM, and a familiar motherboard

According to the GeekBench listing, the smartphone has a model number 23113RKC6C. Moreover, it is being powered by the Dimensity 9200+ SoC. It features a Cortex-X3 core at 3.35GHz, the three A715 cores at 3.0GHz, and the four A510 cores at 2.0GHz. The GeekBench listing also mentions that it has a motherboard named “corot” which is also the motherboard of the Redmi K60 Ultra and Xiaomi 13T Ultra.

If the device comes with the Dimensity 9200+ chipset, the Redmi K70 Pro will also utilize the Mali-G715-Immortalis MC11 GPU. This means it will be supporting Ray Tracing.

That’s not the only gaming news for you; the device is also packing up to 16GB of RAM. Gosh, why do you guys need such a high amount of RAM? Anyways, coming to the software department, you will be getting MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box.
