When we first heard that Mortal Kombat 1 will also be launched on Switch, we were shocked. The reasons are simple; Switch is now an old console that does not have the powerful enough hardware to run modern games without breaking a sweat. Even games like Pokémon Scarlet and Violet struggled to run on Nintendo Switch.

Turns out, Mortal Kombat 1 is indeed a difficult task for the Switch. Currently, the game is not launched fully. However, people who bought the premium versions of the game got access a bit early.
According to new reports, many Nintendo Switch players are furious about the poor graphics and visual bugs in Mortal Kombat 1.
Even though, the game is said to run on 60 FPS on Nintendo’s Console; it is filled with various visual bugs. In a nutshell, the game is not visually pleasing on Switch.
A TikTok user went ahead and compared the new game to games from the early 2000s. The comparison showed how bad Switch performs. Also, this is not a case with only one Switch rather various users have reported this issue.

It is also to be noted that other console players have no such issues and are enjoying the game to fullest. Unfortunately, the hardware on Switch seems too old fo this modern title. Hopefully, Nintendo launches a patch update fixing the glitches and performance issues.
