How Spider-Man 2 will push the PS5 to its limits
Promoted as a game that will take advantage of new-generation technologies, Spider-Man 2 promises to take the PS5 to the limit. DualSense features, graphical improvements, ray tracing in all modes, and more new features are just some of the game’s highlights.
In light of the imminent launch, Sony has increased its efforts in the marketing of this game. Over the past few days, we’ve been bombarded with new details, gameplay videos, and more about Spider-Man 2. In fact, one week ago, Sony revealed more about the title in its State of Play.

In Spider-Man 2, we will take control of Peter Parker and Mile Morales in their roles as Spider-Mans. There will be many improvements to the gameplay we knew in the 2018 title. We will also see new suits, new special abilities, and the whole dynamics added by the Symbiote suit. The New York map is twice as large as in the first game, and Insomniac Games worked hard to make it look alive. There will also be many new events happening in the city, crimes to solve, and more.
We expect even more teasers in the next weeks. Sonny will do everything to keep this game in the spotlight. However, considering the success of the first game, we don’t think it will be much harder to convince PS5 owners to dive into this title.
